Aloo Chaat
Aloo Chaat the film, is rich in masala - with plots within sub-plots, with wisecracks dripping endlessly like that tangy chutney, and is a treat that you don’t want to miss. It tickles you, shakes you, rattles you, and gags you.
Delhi-6
American-born Indian, Roshan brings his ailing grandmother back to India. Little does he know that the quick trip will turn into the longest journey of his life - a journey within. The backdrop of the story is the ancient walled city of Delhi, better known as Chandni Chowk.
Roadside Romeo
Saif Ali Khan manages to bring in the cool dude attitude with his voice for the Romeo’s character. Kareena too brings in the perfect elegance required for Laila. But one who towers above them both is Jaaved Jaffrey whose Tamilian don makes the film memorable with his dialogue delivery style. A lot of young children will definitely watch this movie twice over just for Jaaved Jaffrey’s Charlie Anna.
Dasvidaniya
On the whole, DASVIDANIYA is engrossing in parts. While the first hour works well, it’s the second part that turns pale due to its slow pacing and a not-as-tight screenplay. Sure, the film has the merits, but it will have to rely on a strong word of mouth to stay afloat.
Victory
VICTORY revolves around a cricketer, talks of the highs and lows in his life, how greed, arrogance and lust almost ruin his career, but how he regains his lost form and becomes a hero all over again. A few interesting moments don’t really help. This one tries to hit a boundary, but ends up taking a single.
Aasma - The sky is the limit
Frankly, you’re completely clueless about what this film is attempting to say. On the whole, AASMA has dim prospects.
